LESA Retired Teachers Association

Who We Are
The LESA Retired Teachers Association is a community of former educators who have dedicated their careers to Lutheran education in the greater St. Louis area. Affiliated with the Lutheran Elementary School Association (LESA), our association brings together retired teachers, administrators, and school staff who wish to remain connected, engaged, and supportive of Lutheran schools and their missions.
Our Mission
Our mission is to continue serving Lutheran education by supporting current educators, mentoring new teachers, and fostering fellowship among retired colleagues. We believe that retirement is not the end of our impact, but a new chapter for sharing wisdom, advocating for Lutheran education, and staying active in our faith-based community.
Get Involved
If you are a retired Lutheran school teacher or staff member in the St. Louis area, we invite you to join the LESA Retired Teachers Association. Together, we can continue to make a difference in the lives of students, educators, and our faith community.
