Maureen Gersman has served as LESA’s Scholarship Program Director since 2019 and Office Manager since 2017. She holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. Prior to LESA, she worked as an administrative assistant, medical secretary, and lab assistant bringing a variety of knowledge and attention to detail to her current position.
Maureen is responsible for administering the LESA and MO District Scholarship Programs, office management including review of contracts, vendor relations, and facilitation of IT network maintenance, managing employee benefits, and office bookkeeping. Maureen’s home congregation is Peace Lutheran Church in St. Louis.
