An exciting new chapter has begun at Lutheran North. The Lutheran High School Association Board of Trustees has called Jason Becker to serve as principal, beginning in the 2026-27 school year. He will serve alongside Head of School Dr. Tim Brackman.

Becker brings nine years of experience teaching in Lutheran high schools, including three years at Lutheran North as a math teacher and Dean of Chapel. In addition, he serves as a track coach and faculty sponsor for the Lutheran North Peer Ministry Program. In 2024, Becker completed his MBA-Chief School Business Officer degree from Concordia University-Chicago.

Lutheran North High School was established in 1946 and has long been a cornerstone of Lutheran education in the St. Louis area. In 2019, school leadership recognized a growing need to create a middle school that would serve local families while also strengthening the pathway into the high school. Since its founding, the middle school has experienced tremendous growth and expanded both the seventh and eighth-grades by adding second classrooms. During the 2026–27 school year, they will also expand to two sixth-grade classrooms, taking enrollment from 105 students to an expected 120 students.
